A 24 hour assistance hotline allows you to access to any of these emergency assistance services.
What is on offer?
24 hour Roadside Assistance
This includes flat battery, flat tyres, keys locked in vehicle or if you run out of fuel. Call 0861 000 BAY (0861 000 229) and assistance will be sent. Remember - cost of fuel is for your own account!
Tow in services for mechanical and electrical breakdown or accidental damage is also only a call away.
Other perks include accommodatiopn or car rental if you are far from home.
24 Hour Medical Assistance
This includes Medical Advice from Qualified Doctors, 24/7, Emergency Response and Evacuation if necessary, Hospital Transfers etc.
24 Hour Home Assistance
One call to the Hotline will also see a Plumber, Electrician, Glazier, Locksmith or whatever repeairer you need dispatched to your home. The call out and 1 hour's labour is free of charge - after that you pay.
