The Group has expanded both organically and by acquisition since inception and now employs over 50 people.
The Investment Planning Services division provides a holistic personal financial planning service, which incorporates estate and tax planning as well as investment advice and management. The company has a highly respected team of specialists who embrace the wide range of skills necessary to ensure comprehensive advice. In cases where specialist skills are not available in-house use is made of professionals in accounting and legal firms.
Bay Union Investment Planning Services (PTY) Ltd. is registered with the Financial Services Board as Investment Managers and as such complies with stringent legislative requirements. The company is subject to an external audit each year and maintains proper professional indemnity and fidelity insurance cover.
